Our Professional Development Day Trainings offer dynamic workshops that provide practical, research-informed learning experiences specifically designed for experienced and early-career educators, school administrators, and school counselors. Conducted on-site at your school, each training is delivered in a six-hour format. Participants will engage in meaningful educator training aimed at deepening their knowledge, strengthening classroom management practices, and enhancing their ability to support diverse learners.  

The trainings below are ideal for Professional Development Days, offering educators valuable opportunities to build knowledge and improve classroom practices.  

- Mindful Teaching: Understanding Brain States  

- Supporting Students with Autism: Practical Strategies for the Classroom  

Fee: $2,100 per Professional Development training session for up to 30 participants. Each participant will receive a training manual that includes the core concepts, strategies, and resources covered during the training.

Group Consultations: Participants meet weekly with an expert Educational Consultant to review classroom practices on a class-by-class basis. Sessions focus on effective classroom management, individualized student support, and strategies to enhance engagement and learning through dynamic workshops designed for educators.

These consultations aim to build educator confidence, strengthen instructional practices, and support both teacher and student success through ongoing, practical guidance.

Annual Educational Consultation Package

This package provides comprehensive, year-long support for up to 10 teachers, designed to strengthen instructional practices, enhance classroom management, and improve student outcomes. Each teacher participates in weekly 55-minute virtual consultations with an Educational Consultant, featuring individualized, class-by-class coaching and evidence-based strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs.

During each session, teachers have the opportunity to share classroom challenges, express concerns, and receive guidance for managing stress and maintaining a productive learning environment. Consultants model best practices, demonstrate effective interventions, and provide strategies to support student engagement and behavior, ensuring that teachers can apply these techniques directly in their classrooms. Guidance also includes insight on when to refer students to the school counselor and ongoing support to navigate the complexities of the early years of teaching.

For local schools, the package may also include on-site classroom observations to complement virtual coaching and provide targeted, actionable feedback. Participants receive resources, tools, and strategies designed for immediate implementation, enabling teachers to create learning environments where each student can thrive.

The overarching goal of this program is to enhance teacher efficacy, foster educator resilience, and strengthen instructional practice through comprehensive educator training, ultimately contributing to improved classroom management, increased student engagement, and overall academic growth across the school.

Annual Package Fee: Base Investment: $12,000 for up to 10 educators, encompassing all weekly virtual consultations, individualized coaching, modeled practices, and optional on-site classroom observations throughout the school year. Services can be customized to meet the specific needs of each school; pricing may vary accordingly.
