About the Founder & CEO
Hello and welcome! I’m thrilled you’re here and interested in learning more about Edco Professional Development Academy, LLC. Supporting educators and helping students succeed is my passion, and I’d like to share a little about my journey and why I founded this organization. I am passionate about implementing effective classroom management strategies while supporting teachers as they navigate challenges in the classroom. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, school administrator, and mental health clinician, I have witnessed how the right strategies and support can transform both teaching and learning.
I founded Edco Professional Development Academy, LLC to provide educators with evidence-based tools and practical strategies for classroom management, student support strategies —including support for autism spectrum disorder (ASD)—, and teacher well-being. My goal is to equip educators with research-backed strategies that improve instructional effectiveness, enhance classroom management, and drive measurable student outcomes, ensuring schools see tangible results.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education from Florida A&M University and my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Phoenix, combining a strong foundation in educational theory with expertise in providing professional development for educators and supporting students in diverse learning environments.
