Supporting educators and helping students succeed has always been my passion. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the powerful impact that effective teaching, strong classroom management, and educator support have on student achievement. I believe that when educators are equipped with practical, evidence-based strategies, they are better positioned to create engaging learning environments where every student can thrive.
With more than 15 years of experience as an educator, school administrator, and mental health clinician, I bring a unique perspective that bridges education, leadership, and student mental health. I am especially passionate about helping teachers implement effective classroom management strategies, support diverse learners—including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)—and navigate the evolving challenges of today's classrooms with confidence and purpose.
I founded Edco Professional Development Academy, LLC to provide schools and educators with research-based professional learning that delivers practical solutions and measurable results. Our professional development focuses on classroom management, instructional excellence, student support strategies, social-emotional learning, autism support, and educator well-being. Every training is designed to equip educators with tools they can immediately implement to improve instruction, strengthen classroom culture, and enhance student success.
My educational journey reflects my commitment to lifelong learning and excellence in education. I earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida A&M University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I am also currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), further expanding my expertise in educational leadership, instructional effectiveness, and transformative practices that positively impact schools and communities.
